Are you looking to replace broken glass in your oven? We provide custom-made glass for all oven makes and models.

Our glass is crafted to your specific measurements, with a lead time of 7-10 days from the order date. While we always aim to make your glass to the exact sizes provided, there is a tolerance of +/-2mm. If your measurements are very tight (i.e., you haven’t deducted anything from the opening size), we recommend reducing the measurement by at least 2mm to ensure a proper fit.

Please note, if you have a self cleaning (pyrolytic) oven, you will be unable to use this function with our glass as these ovens reach extremely high temperatures during cleaning.

I needed a custom oven door glass panel as i could not get a spare from the original manufacturer. The replacement arrived in a couple of weeks - which was in line with expectation and was the perfect fit. Communication around delivery etc was quick and responsive. Thank you for saving my oven!

Glass arrived safely and was well packed. However the door holes were not to my specification and I found an engineer to recalibrate the fixings. You did compensate me with £30, this saved you the cost of new glass.

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the diameter of the drilled holes. While your measurement indicated a diameter of 9.75mm against a 10mm specification, we want to assure you that a deviation of this size is well within standard manufacturing tolerances for the glass industry.

According to industry standards, the acceptable tolerance for hole diameters can be up to ±1mm, and in some cases, even ±1.6mm. The 0.25mm variance you observed is, therefore, significantly tighter than what is typically considered an acceptable deviation in glass production.

We always strive for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Although the glass was produced within standard industry specifications, we were happy to provide you with a £30 refund as a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the adjustments you needed to make.
